T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S
1 - Prices may change depending on the market fluctuations of precious metals.
2 - All my pieces are mindfully handmade, meaning the production time for made to order pieces is a minimum of 2 weeks.
3 - When placing a ring order, it is your responsibility to choose the correct ring size in UK sizing. If you need help figuring out your ring size, please see our sizing page.
4 - Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your treasure, please contact me immediately by emailing (This must be done within 14 days of receiving your jewellery).
I will accept returns/exchanges on items that have not been worn or damaged in anyway, however due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery costs are non-refundable. I strongly recommend using a tracked service, Dreamgazer Designs cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
5 - Repairs
If something happens to your jewellery, for example - a stone comes loose please stop wearing the piece immediately and contact me for repair. Repairs can be free depending on how long you’ve had the piece but over 3 months there will be a fee. Please note I cannot repair where the original stone has been completely lost.
6 - Postage
UK orders over £60 shall be sent via UK Signed For First Class and international orders over £25 shall be sent International Tracked & Signed. I advise choosing the tracked and signed for options, Dreamgazer Designs cannot accept any responsibility for delays and additional fees associated with customs, the customer must accept any additional charges.
7 - Hallmarking
Dreamgazer Designs jewellery is currently not hallmarked, due to all items we sell being under the requirement weight we do not feel this is necessary.
